Srushti deshmukh, who is in her third year of engineering she has begun preparation for UPSC. Following her graduation, she began to question whether or not she'd be satisfied in an engineering position. After realizing her dream, she began to work on civil services. Her parents urged her to pursue civils, and find an employment that would benefit the general people. Her motivation never waned, and remained focused solely in her pursuit of becoming an IAS. In order for UPSC to be a reality, more hard work is needed. She would prepare for UPSC topics while studying her engineering. The exam preparation took up all day long. In just over one month and a half, she prepared for her exam in engineering as well as completely avoiding social media. She believes that focusing on her work is essential to clear the exam for government jobs and to be eligible for a job within the civil service. She wanted to pass this exam on the first go and has put in lots of work. Every day, she read the newspaper to keep up with current events.
