Julie M. Benz is an American actress, born on May 1, 1972. She won the Satellite Award for 2006 for the role of best supporting in a mini-series, series or motion picture created to be broadcast for her performance on Rita Bennett in Dexter. She was in the TV series No Ordinary Family from its launch until May 13th, 2011. Among her previous well-known characters were Darla in Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel.
